Ken Reaves is an accomplished technology business executive with a highly successful track record leading teams across the U.S. and globally. At an early age, Ken was fascinated with computers. In high school, he learned how to build his own computer from the ground up so he could develop software applications. He took his passion and earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Upon graduating, Ken was hired as a software developer at IBM, where he honed his analytical skills to become a seasoned professional in the field.
Ken moved on as a technology consultant, managing personnel and projects with more than 250 team members and budgets above $30 million. He has successfully led software implementations at HBOC, Square D, Siemens, CIGNA, ProACT, COX, TSYS, Macy’s, IHG, ADP, AT&T, and many more. For over 3 decades, Ken has partnered with C-suite executives to develop and implement global strategies, prioritize business objectives, and oversee daily operations.
Ken is a dynamic business leader who drives business expansion and revenue growth through high impact strategic relationships. As Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Synectics and Vice President at W3Global, he plays a key role in forging and strengthening client relationship that unlock new revenue streams fueling both short-term and long-term success. Beyond his executive leadership, Ken is also the founder of Relate Central Inc., where he empowers IT leaders with leading edge education on cyber threats and security practices.
A lifetime learner, Ken earned his master’s degree in project management from Keller Graduate School of Management. Ken’s passion and commitment to education are the driving forces behind his pursuit to earn a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University focusing on IT leadership and cybersecurity in May of 2025. Ken works relentlessly to remain abreast of emerging technology and industry trends to ensure that all his personal and professional projects adhere to the highest standards.
Ken is dedicated to encouraging education and the pursuit of excellence in the next generation. He has three sons, Kristoffer, Cameron, and Anthony; Kris became an MLS professional soccer player while completing his bachelor’s and master’s degree from University of Portland, Cameron graduated from Harvard, and Anthony graduated from Cornell. In his leisure time, Ken is an avid golfer and can often be found perfecting his golf score playing with his sons.
