Alan Stukalsky is responsible for all aspects of Randstad’s technology strategy and implementation throughout the U.S. and Canada. His leadership drives innovation, economies of scale, and best practices across Randstad’s businesses. Alan has spearheaded transformative initiatives, including the development of new business models, cloud migration, and the use of technology to improve processes for clients, talent, and employees. He has also launched AI-powered apps and voice-enabled chat functionality to elevate the experiences of both talent and customers.
Alan is a passionate advocate for inspiring future STEM professionals and actively engages in initiatives with organizations such as Junior Achievement, Techbridge, and is a former board chair of STE(A)M Truck. As a proud member of the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, he actively champions initiatives that support and uplift the Latino community.
In addition to his leadership at Randstad, Alan leads ASA’s CIO Staffing Roundtable and serves on the boards of several prestigious organizations, including the Georgia CIO Leadership Association, Omicron, Staffing Innovation Exchange, and Community Guilds. He was selected for the esteemed 2016 Leadership Atlanta program and was honored with the Large Enterprise Georgia CIO of the Year award in 2024, having been nominated multiple times in previous years.
