Consumers have outlined their concerns with shopping within this area which have underlined concerns for business owners. Underground has the potential to be one of the most popular shopping complexes in Georgia, but the community of Atlanta and elected officials need to take into consideration of redeveloping Underground to spark a fire in the community life in the Metro Atlanta area. Atlanta’s redevelopment plan will bring in more customers and attract more business, which will bring more money to Atlanta. Causing Atlanta to increase their funds for future projects.
