There are different ways of communication such as linguistic, aural, visual, gestural, and spatial. In recent news, Colin Kaepernick gestural form of communication was by taking a knee during the national anthem to support the social injustice this country is facing. Also, other players from different teams are supporting this movement such as Brandon Marshall and Arian Foster. This is just the beginning of change this country needs because we cannot keep living a life where African-Americans are targeted just because of the color of their skin.

Colin Kaepernick has influenced other celebrities and public figures with gestural form of communication. For example: Chris brown (famous RnB pop singer, songwriter and actor) this weekend at a charity basket ball game. Kaepernick has also influenced other athletes like Stephen Curry (Golden State Warriors basketball team) to stand with him something about racial discrimination and police brutality against African Americans in our country.
