CASEY SCOTT HARRISON

Casey Harrison is a junior at Georgia State University in Atlanta. He is pursuing a degree in Journalism and a minor in Psychology. He plans to graduate in December 2019.

Harrison has always had a passion for sports. Throughout high school, he participated in several sports including wrestling, footballand baseball. He strongly believes that learning to be part of a team is crucial in an adolescent’s life. Throughout his athletic career so far, Harrison has learned the importance commitment, teamwork and perseverance.

He hopes to intern with a sports company, whether it be journalistic writing, radio, blogs or podcasts. Harrison started his own sports blog in 2017 and aspires to create his own podcast or radio station. He is a very personable person who loves to talk, write and read. He catcheson quickly and is intrigued by learning new things.

Harrison has experience in the service and retail industries. He bartended for four years while living in Athens, Georgia and transitioned to bartending for high-end restaurants after moving to Atlanta. He also has experience working for The Men’s Warehouse, where he learned how significant customer service is in today’s society.
