Welcome to Design Notes! We’ll be using this space to highlight work and insights stemming from partnerships between faculty and CETLOE’s Learning Design team. These highlights will include program and course design work, engaging multimedia, research from our user experience group, and more. For this first post, we’ll kick things off by introducing ourselves and sharing a little of what it’s like working with us.
CETLOE’s Learning Design team consists of learning experiences designers, multimedia developers, and user experience specialists. Experts in pedagogy, design, multimedia production, digitally mediated learning, and learning technologies, our team partners with faculty to refine, enlarge, and realize their vision for what their courses and programs could be like. Wherever you are on your teaching journey, we’re ready to help you and your students thrive. But don’t take it from us. Watch the video below to hear what some of our recent partners have to say.
Next time in Design Notes, we’ll start to share specifics about ways faculty and program administrators have partnered with us. In the meantime, if you’d like to find out more about our group, check out our multimedia portfolio, look through our sample course or design suggestions, or explore our UX research and design capabilities. Then, if you’re feeling inspired, share your ideas with us and let’s see where things go!
