Each time a course is created in iCollege there is a course end date automatically set. Once the end date passes, students can no longer access the course. The default end date for a course is generally 60 days after the last day of classes as shown on the academic calendar. For Fall 2020 courses, the course end date is February 13, 2021at 11:59p.

Course end date in iCollege is found in the Course Tools | Course Admin | Course Offering Information area
For students who have received an incomplete for their Fall 2020 course, this end date means that they will no longer be able to access materials in iCollege.
Instructors may extend the end of the course. When a course end date is extended, all students on the Classlist will be able to access the course.
To provide select students with extensions on quiz or assignment submissions, instructors can use Special Access options.

Special access settings for an assignment are available on the Restrictions tab when editing an assignment.
Once a student completes the necessary work, instructors should modify the course end date again to close the course.
