My name is Brooke Moriah Thompson and I am anticipating graduation Fall of 2015. I’m not only an English major with a concentration in Advance Composition and Rhetoric, but I am also a Political Science minor with aspirations to attend law school in the future. Fall of 2016 I hope to be enrolled as an Emory Law Woodruff Fellow, pursuing corporate and real estate law. I am also seeking to explore the area of non-profit where I can utilize my skills in grant writing and editing. In addition, I am actively involved with the college women of Georgia State University’s Impact Movement. For the past two and a half years, I have been mentoring, teaching, and co-leading a group of over thirty girls, which continues to grow each semester. I hope to one day be a founder of my own young woman’s mentor-ship program. Lastly, I enjoy watching movies, journaling, traveling, shopping, and singing in my free time.
