What I learned/Key terms:

Tags (or markup) give extra meaning and allow browsers to show users the correct structure of a webpage. For future reference (and progress check ups) I talk about the different tags I learned in Chapter 2 in my practice webpage, also showing the html I used for it.

structural markup– the elements used to describe headings and paragraphs.

semantic markup– provides extra info like that something is a quote, emphasis, the meaning of acronyms, etc.
