Interview Summary

For these 5 interviews, I am seeing a pattern of anxiety college students are experiencing when it comes to completing assignments. Most of my interviewees work while in school and both undergraduates and graduates are having a hard time with juggling assignments and work. By the time they are done with work and class, they find that their day is almost gone and still need to work on homework on top of personal needs such as chores, eating, exercise, or having any free time to relax and do their own hobbies. They are unable to not work as they need the finances to live and even pay for the program they are in.

Most of the solutions my interviewees have tried are not substantial. Many times, they find themselves falling back to where they were before they tried the solution. Procrastination and stress to get goos grades are the two main complaints I heard.

After my interviews, I conclude that there is not yet a good solution to relieve this problem.
