We departed for Salvador, Bahia, Brazil on July 10th. The trip usually takes about 18-24 hours and it is a tiring trip for the length of the journey. I am grateful we arrived safely on Tuesday, July 11th and got to the hotel. I spend a lot of time thinking about the route, the layover, and how to get us to Brazil all together. I am so happy to share my passion and love for Bahia with others and glad they chose to come on this trip. We will be posting about our program activities in as close to real time as possible so stay tuned!
Christine….. Your love for this country and its culture has been the foundation for this 6th or 7th (7th I think) Study program for the Georgia State students. So many wonderful memories have been created. Thank you for your commitment. Love you
