Analysis: I realize no matter what age, woman tend to want to lose weight more than anything else. Have to feel the pressure to look like something else. Constantly, want to be in shape. The men that are in 20-39 age group tend to be more on the nonchalant side about their weight. They see their problem but not really focus on that. Men want to be bigger due to masculinity ego. Bigger = better.
Reflection: People tend to not have time to workout and have a very busy schedule. Need more guidance to know how eat more healthy and lose/gain weight.
