Summary
1) The emotions were flooding because my topic is based of giving back to the community and a lot of people realized that they were not doing enough to give back. It was almost like a wakeup call
2) The values learnt were very emotional because everyone was told as a kid to give back and growing up, we just forget about it sometimes.
3) The user is trying to find easier options to find places to volunteer. If they could find places close by, they would give more time to it.
4) Current solutions were word of mouth, social media and religious recommendations.
5) The deficiencies are that people do not know when and where help is needed. So, even though they are available, they can’t find places to do it.
6) An advice was to find a non-profit company to sponsor this idea and take it to the next level.
