Yes, I feel that technology changed the way people write and communicate, people use technology to their advantage to help better their writing and also communicate their thoughts more efficiently. I don’t think it changes the writing practice that much other than having improved writing because people use things like grammar checkers. Some technological tools I rely on sometimes is grammar checkers. Grammar checkers can help me see things I didn’t notice when editing my writing. They change my writing habit because I don’t really have to focus on grammar while writing my essay instead I can just focus on getting my thoughts out for the essay.
Session 2
Ai-powered writing tool that I am familiar with is ChatGPT. I think ChatGPT is a great thing to use but it depends on how you use it. I think educational systems to allow them in a classroom setting. ChatGPT gives me ideas for things to write about when I’m feeling stuck. If I am kind of stuck in a writing I can insert the topic into ChatGPT and it will help me get more ideas to write about. It changes the way we write because it overall just improves everyone as a writer.
