I used a large white board to fully draw out my prototype of “The Rising Stars/Arts” (still debating on the actual name) artist development group. I’ve also attached a business model canvas that I created, along with a document with more detail on my idea emphasizing the vision statement, objectives, and execution assets. In the page “User Journey”, you can find that I did even more research by going to a local record label (Reach Records) to read them my plan in order to get feedback and to scope out how they created their spaces (office space, study rooms, conference rooms, and recording rooms) in order to get more ideas on how I could build mine within my artist development group.
