Hey yall,

I’m Anisha Kabir and I’m currently at the start of my sophomore year here at GSU. I love everything about GSU, and Atlanta has my heart. I’m currently an Exercise Science Major with the hopes of someday pursing a career in Physical Therapy. It really interests me to see when an athlete suffers from an athletic injury and the rehabilitation process that follows to get that individual back and better than ever. I’ve loved sports my whole life so I knew this was the career path for me. I’m probably one of the craziest basketball fans you’ll ever meet and when it comes to my Los Angeles Lakers, I’ll always be their #1 fan. I also love me some football, I mean how can you not being raised in the South. My other hobbies include playing basketball, going to the gym, and photography. Basketball has always been my favorite thing from as early as I can remember. I try to go out and shoot some hoops when I can or catch up with the latest NBA or NCAA stats because my love for the game is endless. Going to gym is just awesome because I love keeping fit and living a healthy life. Photography has been something I’ve been doing for 6 years now as it is sort of a small business I have on the side to make some extra cash. I’m also involved in Greek life here at GSU, as I have found my perfect home at the Delta Delta Chapter of Delta Zeta. From the moment I ripped open that envelope to see a Bid card from DZ, I knew a very special chapter in my life was about to begin. It wasn’t because the women were gorgeous or super friendly but because when I walked into the room, it instant felt like home and that I could put my best self forward. From that moment, the endless memories began and memories that will last a life time. With that being said, Delta Zeta means friendship, laughs, cries and good times all around. I have found people in this chapter who I can have the deepest heart to hearts with while also finding people who I can just try new food with or workout for days with. Most importantly I’ve found 80+ women who ALWAYS have my back, and nothing’s quite as special as that bond right there. It’s true that I wear my letter’s in the front because my sisters got my back!

Oh and to most of my friends I’m Nini.

Welcome to My World!

xoxo,

Anisha K
