For topic I chose second-hand smoking because that was the first thing that came to mind and also I don’t like smoking because of how bad it is for the body. The top 3 search engines I used was Google, Bing, and Yahoo Search. The 3 meta search engines I used was iBoogie, DogPile, and DuckDuckGo. For the top 3 search engines, all of them seemed to show the same search results, but in different orders. Bing doesn’t have that many ads compared to Yahoo and Google. The meta search engines had the exact search results. I would say meta search engines are different compared to the top search engines because google, bing, yahoo, etc. are more well known. All of the search engines are helpful when searching specific topics, but to narrow down to the best results, it all depends on what you type to search.
