This year, my goals are to grow as a teacher as well as in my role as department chair.  I want to help my team learn, and even master, technological tools that will enhance student-learning as we will begin the school year virtually.  I want to stretch my team and myself to connect with students who we might typically have deemed as unreachable.  

My plan to accomplish these goals is to use what I gain as a student in this program and apply as appropriate.  I have also begun to take advantage of technology seminars that will aid in building my toolkit of digital applications to make learning fun and engaging.
