1. Two major takeaways I received from the interview were to be creative with making my portfolio and to have everyone on the same page as each other to create bigger and better things.
2. The interview report was structured as the president and the COO of a business answering questions and giving advice about what to do in a business. The elements of the interview report was more of a one on one than any other element.
3. The purpose of the interview was to answer questions people had about having a business of their own. The question asked was (WHAT HAS BEEN THE GREATEST CHALLENGE?,WHY DOES A COMPANY LIKE YOURS EXIST?, etc.)
4. Yeah, this is definitely one of the most challenging times we’ve seen. We’ve been through the 2008-09 recession and other challenges too, but this is certainly a big one! There is always opportunity when there is change, but it breaks my heart to see how many small businesses are closing.”, “We exist to connect companies and creative talent, that’s always been our “why.”
