For this project we were to make posters about something we wanted to bring more awareness to. I chose to bring more awareness to opioid overdose. I chose this subject because overdose is something that has taken too many people away from me. Not only has it taken people away from me, but because I work in a bar it is something that I have seen with my own eyes. It’s something that is extremely scary and has taken too many people from this world. I wanted to bring more awareness to knowing the signs of overdose and knowing what you can do when it happens. Most of the materials I used for this project were from magazines. I cut out most images from magazines, printed some from online, and the rest I did on photoshop.
