Multimodal Composition

I wrote this sonic rhetoric analysis during the spring of 2016 for Dr. Mary Hocks’ multimodal composition class (Engl 3115). The goal of this assignment was to analyze the rhetoric appeals of sonic elements via a podcast of our own choosing. Should you have time, I would recommend listening to the podcast in its entirety however; I have included a brief contextual overview. I chose to include this piece because this was the first time I had written an analysis for an exclusively sonic rhetorical piece. It was a great learning experience, and pushed me to expand the bounds of my critical thinking.
