If my house was on fire; the only things I would save is my children, Ja’Quan and Ja’Ylen. Everything else is materialistic and replaceable, but my children could never be replaced. If you think about that’s why we protect ourselves and our valuable assets by having rental or home owners insurance. I chose to save my children because they mean everything to me and I couldn’t go a day knowing that I would never be able to see them again, I would feel so incomplete and lost without them in my life. They are my most prize possession and I would never sacrifice anything or anyone over them. I love my children with all my heart and I could never imagine going on in this crazy world without them. By choosing to only save my children, it shows that I am not a materialistic person, I could care less about those things but I am a loving, caring and compassionate person that will protect what she loves at any means necessary.
