Gwenn got her start on the production side of the television business almost 30 years ago at Warner Bros. Television as a Line Producer’s assistant. Once she became aware of thrills and challenges of post-production, she moved into the post-production arena where she has worked as a Post Supervisor and Associate Producer on scripted series working in all formats of television. She left the freelance world in 2002 when she was hired at TNT Originals, as Director of Post Production and Production, and later promoted to Vice President of Post Production, TNT and TBS, where she oversaw post- production of original, licensed and co-production series for both networks. During her tenure, the networks launched such shows as The Closer, Leverage, Men Of A Certain Age, Raising the Bar, Conan, and many more. Gwenn left TNT/TBS to move back onto the show side in 2010, and worked as an Associate Producer on projects such as Empire (Fox), American Woman (Warner Horizon), Wayne (YouTube TV) and Edge of Seventeen (STX Television). In February, 2019, Gwenn returned to the the post executive ranks joining Netflix, where she is currently Post Manager, Comedy Series.
