Pre-Med Support

Georgia State University’s CASA provides centralized pre-med programming that complements advising from the College of Arts and Sciences. The CASA program expands its mentoring at the University level to provide help to: 1) students from other disciplines transition to a career in medicine (Career Changing Programs), and 2) students who need additional academic training to prepare for professional medical education (Academic Enhancement Programs). The CASA Premed mission initially focuses on specific mentoring geared toward medicine. Once established, we can extend future support into other disciplines such as veterinary medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy.
