The Art Pathway at Georgia State University Perimeter College offers courses in art history, drawing, 2-D, 3-D, photography, and ceramics that enable students to explore passions and career interests beyond basic levels. Art offers small class sizes and prepares students for transfer to four-year programs or for careers as professional artists. Each academic year culminates in a student art show in the Fine Arts Gallery of the Fine Arts Building. The show is adjudicated by professional artists and offers students an opportunity to receive valuable feedback on their work, showcase their art for gallery patrons, and earn cash prizes.
