Yo! My name is Nia Washington and I am an aspiring tattoo artist and comic book creator! I am currently a freshman attendee of the Georgia State University Perimeter College and am studying under the art pathway. I’m very much a connoisseur of all things odd and greatly enjoy the works of Masaaki Yuasa, Satoshi Kon, Kazuya Tsurumaki, and Freddy Carrasco. Outside of art, I am the lead guitarist and singer for my own band, The Pittz. Implementing he techniques I learn from this class into my other line of work can greatly benefit me in the long run.
