Registration Information

Our online classes are open to high school students who have completed  9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade prior to the start of class. Our in-person classes (not available summer 2020 or 2021) that include access to a research laboratory are open to high school students who have completed  9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade AND are minimum age of 16 by the start of class (due to safety restrictions of the laboratories).

Summer 2021 Fees

  • Online Neuroscience Boot Camp – $450
  • Online Advanced Topics in Neuroscience: Neurological Disorders – $450
  • A la carte days (for returning students only) – $90 per day

Summer 2022 Projected Fees for In-Person Courses

  • Neuroscience Boot Camp – $550 (maximum of 20 participants)
  • Advanced Topics in Neuroscience: Neurological Disorders – $550 (maximum of 20 participants)
  • Advanced Topics in Neuroscience: Optogenetics Lab – $550 (maximum of 15 participants)
  • Three-Day Scientific Writing Camp – $330 (maximum of 25 participants)
  • Online Neuroscience Boot Camp – $400 (maximum of 25 participants)
  • Online Advanced Topics in Neuroscience: Neurological Disorders – $400 (maximum of 25 participants)

Limited tuition assistance is available to students who demonstrate need by qualifying for the Free and/or Reduced Lunch Program through their school system (documentation required). Requests must be emailed directly to NeuroscienceSchool@gsu.edu. Assistance amounts vary based on the number of full-tuition students balanced with the number of requests for assistance.

Tuition discounts for siblings (one per family) and multiple course registrations (one per student) are available.
