There is definitely an art to mastering effective time management. This is a skill I wish I had worked more at as an undergrad student because in graduate school, the lack of time management can be the difference between sinking and swimming in your program. Recently, I started looking for apps (I truly believe that there is an app for everything) that would help me more than keeping a basic calendar, journal or keeping reminders in my iPhone. Trello, so far has been the answer to my problem! It allows be to make project based entries and update my progress for each project.

For example:
I can create a card for a project
I can tell Trello that the blog is due on September 12 at 8PM
I can also chose to collaborate with someone on the blog
We both can add notes and attachments

Here is a great video to tell you more about my new favorite App.

I added all of my SIF projects as well as my class projects and now I can stay on track for a super productive semester. Finding helpful Apps is somewhat of a passion of mine. Hopefully I will get a chance to highlight some more of my favorites on my blog.
