Turner Broadcasting Website

The website I was given was Turner.com/company. Turner has more than 100 of the most recognizable brands and content in more than 200 countries, including a variety of entertainment, news, cartoons, young adult and sports media and multiplatform brand extensions. After more than 45 years since it first took on the broadcasting industry, Turner is still on top of changing and shaping the entertainment landscape to create engaging content and experiences for viewers around the world.

Channels and networks include: Accent Health, adult swim, bleacher report, Boomerang, Cartoon Network, CNN, CNN Airport, CNN Money, CNN Wire, HLN, MLB tbs, NBA Digital, NBA, NBA League Pass, NBA TV, (still more to go) NBA.com, NCAA, NCAA.com, PGA.com, tbs, TCM (turner classic movies), TNT, tru tv, and last but not least Turner Sports. What I have a listed are the Channels and Networks that are in North America. They also broadcast in Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Baltic’s, Benelux, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Nordic, Pan Africa, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom, the rest of central and eastern Europe, Pan Middle East, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Venezuela.

The websites layout is compact with a color scheme of black and white with hints of blue throughout each  page. There are various photos on each page wether its the people who are running the company, shows, or topics going on in the media. The website is easy to navigate through. There is a side menu bar that has the basic tabs that you need in order to find what you’re looking for, Also when you click on a tab there are other ones on that page if you need something specific. The way way I can think of that the company advertises through is tv because thats their platform. But throughout Atlanta you do see billboards with their shows or networks and games as well.

When I go to the website I feel the professional setting it sets for the viewer. It really makes me want to get a job there because it seems like a fun a fun positive environment but at the same time they get their job done And I really like that. The company seems very professional which is what every businesses website needs. Also in the pictures on the jobs tab the people seem very happy and give off positive vibes which pulls you in to learn more and want to be a part of it.

Im assuming people that use the website want to learn more about the company; who runs it. Most likely other users are people looking for a career or for internships because i think this company is a great one that can give you that start or push in your career.
