GSU B&B Speaker Interview Series – Podcasted by Greg Suess

Dear All,

We would like to announce a new podcast series, the Brains & Behavior (B&B) Speaker Interview series hosted by Greg Suess, Georgia State University Neuroscience doctoral candidate and the IMSD Graduate Assistant for Professional Development.

The Brains & Behavior program at GSU hosts a Distinguished Lecture Series (DLS) wherein invited neuroscientists come to Georgia State to share and discuss their research with our scientific community. Students, faculty, and staff are welcomed to attend these talks!

Just this month, Greg has launched his first podcast interview for this series with B&B DLS speaker Darcy Kelley, Ph.D., from Columbia University who spoke on January 13th about “Generating & Responding to Rhythmic Vocal Patterns.” Listen to Greg’s podcast interview with Dr. Kelley here:

Look out for upcoming podcasts from Greg in this series on our IMSD website and on the Distinguished Lecture Series website page. The next podcast interview will be on Friday, February 10th, 2017 with Art Arnold, Ph.D., from the University of California – Los Angeles after his talk entitled “Sex Differences in Brain and Other Disease Caused by Cell-Autonomous Effects of Sex Chromosomes.”
