While walking down Auburn Avenue, I almost missed some of these insightful placards. Scattered along the street are several plaques telling the history of some of the important figures and businesses that worked on Auburn. Easily missed, these muted plaques are set against posts and buildings. After noticing one near the Historic Daily World, I went back up the street to learn a little bit more about what had gone down in this older part of town.
