Figure 5: Since the Edgewood/Candler station services so many people, it makes sense that its entrance tunnels are so wide. To avoid injuries and disruption to foot traffic, signs are posted on either side prohibiting skateboards and bikes but both elevators and escalators/stairs are available on either side for access to as many people as possible.
