Morgan graduated from Georgia State University with a B.S. in Neuroscience. She started working in Nancy Forger’s lab as an undergraduate where she completed an honor’s thesis entitled, “Patterns of Perinatal Cell Death in the Ventral Forebrain of the Mouse.” She is currently a graduate student in the Neuroscience PhD program at GSU. Morgan’s research is focused on the roles of cell death and epigenetics in sexual differentiation of the brain. Outside of science, she enjoys color guard, playing with her kittens, and running.
