Elisa Lam was a Twenty-one year old fashion blogger Canadian college student at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. Her body was recovered from a water tank on top of the Cecil Hotel in Los Angeles (Petro). The hotel already had strange deaths and suicides, and housed to infamous serial killers. A few hours before her death Elisa Lam’s roommates who she was staying with at the hotel had complained to management about her acting strange around them.
