Some of the most hurtful things are posted on discussion boards and in comment sections. People feel they are protected by the veil of the internet when saying these things. It can be very easy to get upset or angry when reading these comments. The best thing to do is not respond at all to the individual who posted such hateful words. There is no response that will cause a troll to apologize for what they posted or put an end to a flame war.
