Work on the construction site this past week focused on securing all the pieces that had been assembled recently. There was much work done filling gaps with concrete and welding sections together.
You may remember from last week that I included a photo of a humorous moment where three workers were peering into a hole. My thought at the time was that that particular hole in the building would become a stairwell or elevator. It turns out that I was correct. Sarah sent me the photo below of the crane lifting a section of stairs into the air before placing it into the hole.
